R+Z Klagenfurt Biomass Condensate Treatment

R+Z Klagenfurt (Austria) - Wastewater from Biomass Heating Plant 1

In the new biomass heating plant in Klagenfurt, the condensate from flue gas purification will be treated with te-memTM.

By means of this technology, which is the ultimate treatment step, organic substances, nitrification as well as particles > 0.2 µm are separated. Per day ca. 400m³ condensate will be cleaned.

R+Z Klagenfurt (Austria) - Wastewater from Biomass Heating Plant 2

Beside this wastewater from biomass heating plant in Klagenfurt, is the biomass heating plant Holzwärme Flachau. This is another Austrian plant, in which condensate is treated with the te-memTM technology. As in Flachau significant cost savings by applying te-memTM can also be expected there.

The facility has been in operation since 2017.
